I reward myself by going shopping in my bins of clothes that I had to store away 'cause I was too fat for them.

    That's a good one too.

I workout so I can eat more yummies!

Amen to that! I haven't really done anything to reward myself yet, but every time I think its time, I decide, why ruin the streak and get on the treadmill instead, hah.

Seeing how i'm fitting in clothes, and just feeling better has been reward enough for me.

no real "rewards" program. the journey is the reward.

i'm able to snowboard better and longer.

i can rock climb with more ease.

i can compete in races that i never even thought i would.

i can walk around the beach without my shirt on i feel great.

i can hike for hours and explore nature.

i can walk around a city all day and not feel winded.

i can participate in sports with my friends and not hold the team back.

if i need to buy myself new gear and equipment, i do, because i deserve it.

i ran for miles in my old crappy shoes before i bought myself something better.

i used my regular HRM for over a year and competed in multiple races before i bought myself a Triathlon HRM GPS watch.

Every couple of weeks I give myself a new PR.

    It's my favorite reward ever!

So far I only have one reward planned for when I hit the first 2O lbs lost; a Fitbit One. Kind of expensive but, I figure it'll be something that'll help during my continued journey.

Here's how I justify it, if I eat less and spend less on food, I can spend more on clothes and lose weight and look better at the same time
