My 1 rep max is 155lbs. So far have been unable to top that in the past few months.0

That first one is a bit convoluted and as more about endurance that strength.
Another one to look at is
http://www.strstd.com/
It shows your hypothetical 1RM and gives you a guide as to your level.

I'm 114 and benched 135 on 12/31/13. I don't typically care about numbers, but a pal posted the chart and I had to try it, lol.0 -
Currently, I can 5x1 100 lbs. My 5x5 is better around 85. Not sure what my Max is, as I don't have a spotter, and would be anxious to attempt more than 125. Using the 5x5 program for the last 6 weeks, I've increased from 60 lbs, to 85 lbs comfortably. It will probably take me at least 6 more to get to 100 lbs at a 5x5.
I'm 5'7", and at a normal weight I'd be around 150. Since fat doesn't contribute to muscle power, taking 50% of my current, heavier weight, doesn't make sense to me. So my max would be right around 75%.0
