Im going to eat eggs in the morning, scrambled. What sides will go good with it? Not bacon, something healthy!

    3 eggs, scrambled in a buttered pan. = 3 x 70 + 50 = 260
    1/2 of a cinnamon/raisin bagel = 130
    1 banana = 105 calories

495 calories. it'll keep you full until lunch.

There is nothing unhealthy about bacon, especially fresh bacon with no nitrates.

This might be the one time I've agreed with something you've said

my favorite way to eat scrambled eggs is to add sauteed onion, fresh basil and tomato, with a little extra sharp cheddar cheese. YUMMMMM

Diced ham, tomatoes, and some shredded cheese.

For an extra 120 calories, you can also add about a 1/2 cup of country gravy. Mmm... gravy....

If you don't want standard bacon, try some turkey bacon... Here is my favorite omlette at the moment. The Bacon & Blue:

    Eggs (4 large)
2 slices of low sodium Bacon
1/4 cup of Low Fat Blue Cheese
    1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
1/4 cup of diced red onion.

Mix all ingredients except the blue cheese and cook. Add the blue cheese to the omlette 3/4 of the way through cooking to melt. Top with some Franks Hot Sauce.

For some, regular bacon is the devil....I have chronic pancreatitis and I am left with nothing but turkey bacon and sausage.

Put the eggs on wheat bread with smooshed avacado and sliced tomato. Yum, yum!

I like this too, love omelettes with spinach and feta.

i don't understand, you want something to eat with your eggs that isn't bacon and isn't healthy? why not just pair the eggs with something healthy, like bacon?
