A rasher of bacon isn't that bad.

You could have a quorn sausage, tinned or grilled tomato, mushrooms, baked beans....

If you cook your egg in the microwave instead of a pan, not only is cleanup a breeze, but it comes out with a texture like quiche! My current favorite is to make my own bean-corn-salsa by mixing up, you guessed it, a tub of salsa with a can of black beans and some corn. Put a helping of that in a bowl with egg and cheese. Nuke it until it's solid, and voila! Southwestern Quiche!

I love putting a little cheese, tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, and sometimes onions on my eggs. I usually have a slice of lightly buttered whole wheat toast with it.

There is nothing unhealthy about bacon, especially fresh bacon with no nitrates.

This....Bacon is not unhealthy. Eat a pound of it (or anything else in one serving) and yes, then it may become unhealthy.

That being said....avacado, salsa, beans, sliced tomato, cottage cheese.

Once again this is due to my chonic pancreatitis and bacon is not the sole "unheathy food"

Trifecta of sauteed spinach and onions, salsa, and avocado.

A little bit of some kind of cheese if you're feeling it.

What do you have against bacon???

I like my eggs with salsa and guacamole...or if I'm in a hurry, hot sauce.

Im going to eat eggs in the morning, scrambled. What sides will go good with it? Not bacon, something healthy!
Who says bacon isnt healthy? Your mindset it flawed.

For some, regular bacon is the devil....I have chronic pancreatitis and I am left with nothing but turkey bacon and sausage.

While there was a study for a possible link between bacon and increased cancer, it is not a proven fact. I feel for ya though.

Ummm...Canadian Bacon *is* pork...just a different cut. Part pork loin and part pork belly instead of just pork belly...
