Good morning everyone.....having a hard time to get and keep motivated. Any suggestions. I love Wii and can't seem to get off my backside and get 'er done. I'd love to go back to sleep. It's cloudy and cold and horrible looking outside. I'm sun deprived. Husband went running around and asked to me go and I couldn't get up for that. I guess I'm asking for miracles and instant results. Okay pity party over. But I do need some advice and encouragement.0

Okay....so it sounds like you need to reward yourself for all of your little accomplishments. Set a goal for yourself this week. Even if it is just getting on the wii 3 times this week for say 20 minutes. Then pick something that you can reward yourself with when you meet your goal. Doesn't have to be something expensive or even monetary. Maybe it is sleeping in one morning or hubby doing the dishes for you for the day, or whatever!!!! Get your family an people around you involved. Tell them your goal, and ask them to support you in it. My kids are on me if I don't do something they know I am suppose to be doing.
We usually have a challenge and we don't have one this week. I would like to challenge everyone to 20 cruntches/sit-ups whatever you want every day. I do the "jackknifes" on the wii strength training.
Today is yucky and snowing again here this morning. Bright side is.....that it is suppose to be 50 tomorrow!!! Spring is around the corner....I feel it!
Everyone have a great day, and Teresa......YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!.....Don't give in.

Thank you for the encouragement. I really needed it today. I haven't found the jack knife yet, so I'll try it.0 -
Good Morning!
I had a fantastic workout this morning - 5.1 miles at a tempo pace, 20min elliptical and then some weights to finish off. Yesterday was my rest day and I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to go!
Hope everyone has a great Monday. Stay positive!0 -
Thanks for the challenge, Ann. I will do 20 crunches each day this week plus my regular exercises. I have set a mini goal to lose 10 pounds by April 7. We can do this0

It is under the strength excercises and actually I think you have to work your way up to it to get it unlocked. If you can't find it, let me know!0 -

That is a great goal Tammy. Not sure I could do the 10 lbs but I am with you on it, and will try to achieve that as well!!!0 -
Good day all. Been a tiring few days. Kids are sick, took them to doc and they are now on antibodics, so hopefully we will be on the mend. But they have kept me up the last few nights. Still haven't been eating that great today (I usually get back on track on mondays) but we were in Yorkton so we had BK for lunch ,but with going to step aerobics tonight and a light supper I should be okay.,. I am so so very tired but I am still going to drag my butt to step aerboics. I do hope to lost a pound this week.
Keeping my son from school and skating tomorrow, so hopefully they don't drive me to crazy tomorrow. I still haven't finished week 2 of C25K so I will do that tomorrow. I must.
Tammy - I also have set myself up little mini goals. I have them listed under my profile. I aim for 3 pounds a month, and so far I am on track.0 -
