    Walked 2 miles yesterday playing around with the incline feature on treadmill... Ow is an understatement but I made it :)

    Had a marathon session at gym to finish my miles for the month:) I'm going to have to scale back some for next month. I want to shift my focus to weight training, it's my B-day on the 11th and a short month on top of it.
