32y/o male with 15 year history of smoking, caught a head cold on xmas eve... now im hurt bad... no albuterol. resperations shallow and ragged. headache related to mild hypoxia. just plugged in the humidifier and filled the medicine cup with vicks... already had 100% of vitamin C. no insurance. drank 8cups of water... took guaifennisen... plz help me... what do i have around the house that can help me breathe. cold air causes difficulty breathing and shortness of breath. please post a link... thankyou... cant get out of bed
