You could make a Ground Turkey version of Hamburger Helper with no yolk or Barilla pasta.....add whatever kind of low sodium paste you like and either make it into a sort of pasta salad or try making quesadilla's with it....or even taco's. Good luck and bon appetite!0

Try ground beef recipes, but substitute ground turkey for the ground beef. Voila!

1 lb ground turkey, cooked and crumbled
1 jar of salsa
4 cups water OR beef broth
(3-4 beef bouillon cubes if using water)
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
I throw all these ingredients in my crock pot and let it cook slowly all day. Then I serve it in bowls w/ a little bit of shredded cheese sprinkled on the top and some crushed up tortilla chips. Sooo yummy!0 -
Personally I would throw it away. LOL0

I like to make lightened-up taco salad! Low sodium taco seasoning, ground turkey, lettuce w/ veggies, shredded cheese, plain greek yogurt(or sour ceam), salsa and multigrain tortilla chips. So good.0

I brown the turkey with onions and bell peppers, I add chicken or veggie broth and throw in quinoa, then i had tomato paste to thicken it up. I use salt, pepper, chilli flakes, spanish paprika. If you dont like spice then you can use garlic, basil, and bay.0

Shepard's Pie with turkey.
Mix in salt, pepper, sage and rosemary with the ground turkey, then saute it. Cook carrots, celery, onion and mushrooms in vegetable broth, then mix with the turkey. Put mashed potatoes on top of the turkey/veggie/broth mixture in a dish, and brown in the oven.
Amazing, filling, and pretty healthy if you watch the butter/oil.0 -
