I like to make lightened-up taco salad! Low sodium taco seasoning, ground turkey, lettuce w/ veggies, shredded cheese, plain greek yogurt(or sour ceam), salsa and multigrain tortilla chips. So good.

I brown the turkey with onions and bell peppers, I add chicken or veggie broth and throw in quinoa, then i had tomato paste to thicken it up. I use salt, pepper, chilli flakes, spanish paprika. If you dont like spice then you can use garlic, basil, and bay.

    Shepard's Pie with turkey.
Mix in salt, pepper, sage and rosemary with the ground turkey, then saute it. Cook carrots, celery, onion and mushrooms in vegetable broth, then mix with the turkey. Put mashed potatoes on top of the turkey/veggie/broth mixture in a dish, and brown in the oven.
Amazing, filling, and pretty healthy if you watch the butter/oil.

I usually make lasagna cupcakes with ground turkey. Soooo good.
Like lasagna but I use wonton wrappers and put them in a muffin tin so I make a single serving (cupcake) with them.
Hungry Girl has them or I'm sure you can find the recipe on MFP as well.
