Welcome everyone to the 3,500+ calories burned challenge. This weekly challenge has been going on for over a year now and it's open to everyone! So nice to see so many new faces these last few weeks - hope it continues; people are setting higher goals and getting more calories burned!

This is a weekly challenge to meet 3,500+ calories burned. You set your own calorie goal for the week (even if it's below 3,500 - you can work your way to that goal!). Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other than push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

    Will give this another go, it was quite motivating !!!

    Last week was my first and I set a random target of 2100 which I look like achieving so will go for 2500 for my 2nd week

    Original OP- why do you keep posting only 7700 calories when you are clearly hitting above that - often doubling it? Is it to show off? I thought the point was for us all to challenge ourselves based on week before?

    I skipped last week, but I plan on getting back into the swing of things this week! I'm lowering my calorie count though, I'm still kind of battling a sinus infection so I don't want to overdue it. I need to workout more this week though... I've been slacking lately. =/

    Mon: 1527 KCals by Cardio Exercises (30 mins on Elliptical Trainer-16th level, 22 mins walk on Treadmill-16 deg high inclined @ 6.5Kmph, 32.5 mins on Stationary Cycle-20th high level resistance, 40 mins walk @ 3.5Kmph) ..............

Plus for me I am on a rest day and I did a burn of almost 1000 cals yesterday which don't count and is unheard of for me ;( I am doing a 5k Parkrun tomorrow (it's a British event that takes place over the whole country and is free) so can't do too much today.
