    Oatmeal. [protein.]
    Chicken [ protein.]
    Water [to live.]
    peanut butter [protein/calorie filler.]
    Nutella [because its damn good/calorie filler]
    Granolla bars. [protein.]
    milk. [because its good for you.]
    AppleSauce [because its good for you/yummy]
    Special K Cracker chips [calorie filler.]
    popcorn[for movies.]
    popcicles [for hot weather]
    cookie dough [ for ice cream & cookies& to just eat it]




    & stuff for sammiches..

    oatmeal = carb
    peanutbutter= healthy fat
    granola bars = normally carbs to ...


    thats not what i use them for.

    Quaker - Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal, 1 Package 32g carbs 4g protein
    Peter Pan - Peanut Butter Creamy 16.3 oz , 2 tbsp 17Fat 8Protein
    (sorry for creeping on your diary XD)

    Every gram counts! Seriously i literally usually don't get enough protein normally so when I'm out of shakes i use those things
    o build it up..

    Plus
    Peanut butter
    Oats
    And milk with ice blinded = protein drink!!

    thats not what i use them for.

    In that case, you forgot chocolate syrup and honey. and licorice.

    I don't like honey or licorice but, chocolate syrup goes pretty good in milk.. Chocolate syrup is in my icebox though!
