    All that you have to do is check in once a week with your weight. I also strongly encourage you to encourage others and make friends.

    Please include me :) I've never participated in anything like this so I'm not sure what it all entails but I'm willing to check it out. I had lost previously on MFP and have gained half of it back (so disappointed in myself). I will get it back off and then some!! Thanks!
