OT: BUT Just want to share good news for a change :happy: my dad is just being moved out of the ICU, YAY, he came in as a 'hopeless' case according to the ICU doctor (yup bad bedside manners), to recovering at an unexpected speed. The family is not surprised :bigsmile: becaue that is how my dad is - a fighter. We are very happy YAY! I will celebrate with a medium long run. HA!

Had planned on a 12 miler to close out the month today and cross tomorrow, but had to switch it around as I needed some recovery today.
