    OT: BUT Just want to share good news for a change :happy: my dad is just being moved out of the ICU, YAY, he came in as a 'hopeless' case according to the ICU doctor (yup bad bedside manners), to recovering at an unexpected speed. The family is not surprised :bigsmile: becaue that is how my dad is - a fighter. We are very happy YAY! :heart: I will celebrate with a medium long run. HA!
    right now.

    I'm not going to make my 50 this month :( Hurt my glutes on one of my runs so had to rest all of last week. Just when I felt like I was getting back into the swing of things too. :(:(
