Documentaries to watch

The past few weeks I have watch 3 documentaries that have totally made me re think what I eat. Vegucated, Food inc, and Hungry for a change. I think everyone should watch and learn! I've always ate a pretty good diet. But never really thought where the food I eat comes from, how it is produced..... This is a complete eye opener for me. A person can eat a high calorie diet, and still be starved of nutrients. All the chemicals, and sweetners are slowly killing our bodies. Just because the label says it's healthy doesn't mean it is. Fat free = more sugar and more chemicals in most cases. These past few months I have cleaned up my diet alot. But with the help of these films I will be taking it to the next level.
Good watch for all. Watch with a open mind, and be prepared to be outraged, and grossed out.
Let me know if you have watched these films, and what you think.

Watched Fooducated 2 days ago, prompting my first attempt EVER at Vegetarian eating. (2 days in and doing fine.)
Watched Hungry for Change today. It was ok.
Have watched Food Inc in the past. It was good. Forks over Knives is good too. Fat, Sick and Nearly dead (alot about juicing.)
I really enjoyed FatHead.
I agree everyone should watch these, they are great. It's just about Educating yourself. If you want to be better at something, you research it. So, watch away and take the parts you want.
Also in my watch list: Farmageddon, Food Matters, Food Fight, Ingredients,
Haven't brought myself to watch a River of Waste or Frankensteer.0 -
I have watched most mentioned already. Thanks Netflix! I watched Vegucated and decided to try and eat vegan since I deal with food allergies. So for the past three weeks I have officially been a vegan and love it. I already feel much better. Someone mentioned Farmeggedon. Watching that one will tick you off about the government bullying small organic farmers.0
