    I make myself a cup of peppermint green tea. :) It seems to help me stop craving sweet stuff. :)

    Might not work for you, but a glass of milk (warm or cold) will kill hunger for me quick! The protein in it kills craving, and the calcium helps you sleep. If you are lactose intolerant, use the alternative choices.
