    Did the push-ups and crunches. Today was my P90X legs and back, so didn't do the squats since my work out was lunges, wall squats, chairs, etc...

    Oh nice my Insanity day was Cardio Powe and Resistance Sounds like your on a good path :) how do you like P90X?

    In all I love it. There are days I hate it. Like Plyo...I hate Plyo. But mainly because I suck at jumping right now. But tomorrow is Kempo...or kickboxing. And I love that dvd.

    I also did six reps of 10. Seemed to help.
