I was a very active person and got sick and put on a little extra weight. I would like to lose 25 -30 pounds. I am used to being thin and hope to be thin by summer. I am vegetarian. I think tracking things daily will help to keep me motivated. My weaknesses are sweets and lattes. I rarely have sweets in the home and i have given up the lattes. I had a little advantage because I was sick and lost a couple pounds when I weighed myself today
I am divorced and easy for me to have my own diet so no excuses here
