Everyday, sometimes twice a day. Don't do this....not helpful!0

Once per week.0

Every morning before I get dressed. If the scale goes up I know it is time to start watching the salt a little more closely. But I only post my weight on here one per week.0

Agreed... I just can't help myself!0 -
Every day. I'm no longer surprised by my body's ups and downs.0

Everyday.0

Everyday...sometimes morning and night...I am a bit obsessive...I wonder if there is a support group?0

1X week, but that is because I haven't bought a scale yet. I'm sure if I had a scale at home, I'd be in there like twice a day. So maybe it is good that I don't buy one0
-
twice a day - listing the morning check into MFP and the evening one to monitor my body's reaction to food... I've started looking at myself as a "science" experiment anymore... :laugh:0

Originally, once a week or once every two weeks. Now, 50 times/ day.0

Once a week, usually Friday0

Twice a week - Wednesday and Sat or Sun. Helps me stay accountable. I don't freak out over minor changes though.0

I recently bought a scales and I am tempted to do it everyday, but stop myself and do it about 3 times a week... In the past i simply tried on a pair of jeans i was trying to fit back into until they were just right - my weight fluctuates daily and i find this has a negative affect on my progress. plus scales dont always show the inches lost from exercise.0

Once a week on Tuesday morning's in the buff after using the restroom and before eating/drinking anything. And I measure every 2 weeks.0

once a week. weighing every day can be very discouraging.0

Ugh. Every day. I can't help it.
But I only update my weight on here after I've maintained the same (or very close) weight for at least two days. Just to be sure one day was not a fluke.0 -
usually, every 3-5 days
When I lost weight years ago, I weighed myself 3 times a day, and plotted out the results. I treated my weight loss "scientifically."
I wouldn't recommend it though, because it is too often.0 -
Typically once a week.. Sunday's, but when I'm feeling good.. twice a week.0
-
weekly, on Wednesdays, in the buff after my morning bathroom trip and before i eat anything... I figure I eat more in general and especialy more sodium on the weekends so by Wednesday the effects of the sodium are out of my system and I can see and prepare for the next weekend if i need to step it up (and close the fridge)0

Once a week on Saturday morning.
Measure once per month.
Messes with my mind if I weigh more than once a week.0 -
Everyday...sometimes morning and night...I am a bit obsessive...I wonder if there is a support group?
Yeah...me too. I need a support group0 -
Once every 2 to 3 weeks. This is my long-term, forever lifestyle. I am losing this weight but it's a slow process, so no need to sweat it pound by pound every day. I love seeing a big drop in weight every 2 to 3 weeks! Talk about motivation. In between, I estimate what I think I've lost since I last weighed, and I work extra hard to make sure the scale reflects that the next time I weigh.0

And so the list grows...... :-p~0
