Anything by Cassey Ho. She has pilates, HIIT, and cardio workouts on her channel, Blogilates or Blogilates TV. She's motivating and fun.

Hands down, Blogilates with Cassey Ho. She is AMAZING. You absolutely have to try her videos! She does a lot of pilates and cardio videos and they are fantastic. I seriously wish she could be my personal trainer!

LOVE Jillian...30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 and anything she does really. Blogilates is good too. I love her workouts but I can't stand her or the music in the videos. Great workouts though! Bodyrock is good also.

try to find videos that are less than 30 minutes. if you have to do 3 10-min videos then do them but cardio should only last 30 mins at a time. Anything longer than that and you are overworking your body for nothing because the body only absorbs 30 mins of cardio.

Hmm. Never heard of this but regardless I tend to keep my workouts around 30-40 min unless it's my weekly swim because I like swimming for an hour and my hikes ( when it's not winterwonderland here) because really does one ever gets enough nature time!?

I'll check this out. I've been wanting to branch into different king squats on my leg day to mix it up!
