I do the same thing as an earlier poster, I get out and do things and ask if he wants to come. If he doesn't then I don't force him. I do however, make healthy dinners and tell him that if he wants more to make it himself. Usually it ends up with him taking double servings of things.0

I baked cakes every day for six months til he put on half a stone and got fed up of cake then said I wanted to start a healthy eating plan and join the gym.0

Have a couples challenge, sign up to do something together like a 10K run. Start meeting at the gym for classes you can both enjoy like Spinning, circuits, BodyPump, Boxercise. Make your dates active not food based.0
