any tips how to get the fat off my legs? i know you cant spot reduce only spot tone, but it seems my legs wont shrink.... as for my ''2nd *kitten*'' its goin away....but the legs+love handles = make me look like i have no *kitten* (and belive me i am squating and doin donkey kicks like my life depends on it haha)
Can't spot tone either. You have to keep losing fat period. You body decides where it will come from. No control over that. Lift heavy. Use a program like Stronglifts 5X5 that uses compound lifts. You'll see a difference.
well my weekly workouts usually look like...turbofire combined with some walking/runing/jogging combined with lifting twice/week plus some workouts that focus on specific musles...
