    almond flour pizza crust instead of the flour crust
    almond butter/cashew butter instead of peanut butter
    truvia instead of sugar

    1. Quinoa Spaghetti or Spaghetti Squash for Pasta
    2. Agave Nectar
    3. Avacado for baking (substitue butter or eggs)

    1. - Stevia for sugar or artificial sweetener
    2. - Chiken or veg broth instead of oil/butter for any sauce/sauteed meat or veggies
    3.- Beans instead of meat

    2) Smushed kidney beans for brownies
    3) Smushed cauliflower for potatoes

    You forgot smushed cauliflower for pizza crust and smushed chick peas for chocolate chip cookie dough.

    TVP and smoke flavoring in place of bacon bits
    Ground flax meal in place of oil or other fats in baked goods

    i can't remember making any substitutes, except for diet coke.
  • - Applesauce instead of oil in baking (Makes great banana bread!)
    - 1 ingredient banana ice cream
    - Avocado instead of butter on toast

    Greek yogurt for nearly everything! Frozen is delicious..
    Pumpkin in baked goods (same as applesauce)..or mixed in yogurt to add volume.
    Peanut flour..taste of PB without the dense calories. I love it in yogurt, with a banana or in a protein shake.

    While I try to stick to whole foods, some guilty foods I'm caught having are Arctic Zero low calorie 'ice cream', shiritaki noodles and Braggs Amino soy sauce spray with no calories:wink:
