I'm a night owl. I do like working out early as a sense of accomplishment but I like evening best. I had insomnia a few night ago and did a 40 minute ab workout at 2:30 am. I Was jazzed.0

I think it just depends on personal preference and lifestyle. I am usually quite a night owl and often exercise at night, sometimes it even helps with my insomnia.0

Get it in whenever you can, that's all that matters. I workout at night during the week due to work schedule and the fact that I am not a morning person (i'm trying). After I get a shower and a light snack its nite nite for me. Weekends, I try to workout earlier so I don't have the nagging feeling that I have to workout throughout the day. Basically, its a personal preference and what works best for you.
