freezing greek yogurt

I hate greek yogurt, and it takes about a 2:1 yogurt to honey ratio for me to like it, but that adds alot of sugar and calories lol.

I think it might taste better with a little honey and then frozen, but won't freezing it kill the live cultures it brags about having?

Get an ice cream maker. Put in greek yogurt, honey, fruit, and whatever else you like. BAM! Best treat ever, and it doesn't even taste like yogurt!
(There's actually a little more to it than that, but basically it is that simple)

Not sure if this belongs in recipes or food and nutrition, thought it was more of a nutrition question because I just want to know if freezing greek yogurt lowers it's nutritional value by killing the live cultures.

Oh it is! And, if you have had a really intense workout that day and need to eat back some calories, you get to mix some peanut butter in with it! Well, maybe it's just me, but peanut butter goes really great with ice cream. :)

=] maybe when I get some money I'll look into ice cream makers.
