If you hit your goal, you'll technically be underweight

(ie. you are 127 lbs want to lose 10 lbs are 5'9")

    I'm outta here!

It sounds like you just need to build the muscle, maybe bring down your bf% a tad.

Are you doing any weight lifting?

I haven't gotten to that point, but people that are close to 'goal' like you are,
say that heavy weights. plyo, and HiiT workouts work for them.
I'm talking about Cathe Friedrich workouts, advanced, most are close to an hour long.
except for HiiT those are 20 not including the warm up and cool down stretching.
lots of advice about this on the Cathe forum too.

Try a 5 Hour Energy. Grape flavor is my current favorite.

Yes. This will work. But then you'll have bigger issues to worry about, like becoming addicted to them, going broke from paying $3/each for them multiple times a day and having panic attacks at work. Such is my life. But if it works for you and you can use them without becoming a fiend, more power to you.

I've found a better option for caffeine is iced tea sweetened with Splenda.

Ok so im not asking for a magic weight loss pill cause i know there isnt one. :ohwell:

I've been counting calories, drinking tons of water and just started working out. :drinker:

My problem is that after working out and burning tons of calories, i not only eat my dinner, but everything else in sight!

i was hoping for a protein shake referral or a amino acid one so that i can be less sore as well... i don't know much about that stuff, just wanna stop munching and wanna replace with a shake of some sort.

im not trying to gain, im trying to lose weight, muscle definition and reduce snacking.

    Thanks! =)

Try an anti inflammatory antioxidant rich diet for the Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness, nutrients found in sour cherries and oily fish may help. But also listen to your body and take enough rest days, you only just started working out so DOMS is normal, one episode can actually be protective against repeats in the near future. Sugar is pro inflammatory, that could well contribute to the DOMS.

If you want to feel more full eat protein and healthy fat at each meal and snack, you might try ground flaxseeds for that and the high fibre content. Also a great source of minerals, you need more when working up a sweat regularly.

Not aware of any scientific evidence proving branched chain amino acids do anything over and above protein.
  • spot on ;o)
  • Up your protein and fiber. Replace your cheeto's and M&M's with fruits and veggies. Aim for two gallons of water if you're training hard. I find that coffee suppresses hunger and it's a better option to pill popping

I suddenly have a craving for M&Ms and cheetos.

    This.

Also, instead of whey protein supplementation, use casein instead. If you really really want to try using a supplement, I have found Ripped Freak to work very well at curbing my cravings for simple carbs. The profile on Ripped Freak is also pretty good, not very stim heavy and I remember it to be heavily green tea and coffee based.

Also, eat plenty of broccoli. Bananas are excellent as well.

Can you be more specific about what you mean by 'toned'?

It's such a general term. It means different things to different people.
