Do you log sex as exercise and if so how do you log it?

Yes I log it. And you do it by going to add, choose cardiovascular or strength and search your exercise. To note, cardio is the only one that will give you a cal burn. You can log your strength exercises to keep track of what you are doing, etc...and then go into cardio and log strength training as strength training (just have to search and see what is there).0

I actually don't because I hear that people over estimate how much they burn during it. Plus, it's not on the list of exercises, and I'm plain too lazy to search for it on google and manually enter it. I just kind of include it as my "moderate" lifestyle. Lol.0

You can add your own exercises. I found this website that gives you an estimate. Try it out and let me know what you think.

I log everything, just because I think it's fun and some of the different names I've given various foods and exercises make people go "huh". I don't always eat back my exercise cals, so I'm not logging things just to get more cals. I just like the reaction I get from some people on my friends list.0

I used to, just to be a **** about how much sex I was having and write things like "do you guys think I should add an extra 50 calories for the spanking? It burns calories to heal, right?". But now I don't. To me it seems pretty negligible. If you're having a "up all night going at it" session, then yeah. You might want to log that. But I was definitely overestimating before.0

In all seriousness this is actually a good question that I have pondered. I'm tempted to wear the HRM in the name of science (and pleasure). There's always that funny little comment afterwards like "damn that was a good workout!". Hmmm to be continued. If I ever get to throwing this HRM on, than I will bring this thread back to life. , and no it won't be like a million year from now. :P0

I wear a body media fit from time to time ( so does my wife ) trust me It isn't as much of a burn as you would think.0 -
I'm a middle aged married woman. I'm lucky to log that activity once a year. :laugh: :laugh:
