Good for you! I have been working on this for a while. I use very little chemicals in all parts of my life. But with food, doesn't have to be organic (I don't htink you can get rid of everything) but not eating prepared foods is huge! Seasoning blends, canned foods, frozen foods, packaged foods..............all chemicals & preservatives.

I'm there! Whole foods, nothing processed. It isn't always easy but it's totally worth it!

Fun fact: A chicken that has been killed, plucked, and cut up has been processed. Hamburger is processed from beef by grinding it.

People use the word "processed" like a dirty word.

Swallowing a whole live chicken isn't easy, but you may find it worth it!

Very true. That's why a plant based diet is cleaner.

But only if you don't cut into smaller pieces, peel, remove the stalks, remove seeds, mash, slice, julienne, puree, etc....because all of that would make it "processed" and that's automatically bad.

Jof, don't process other people's words. You've ruined them.

Unlike much of the previous discussion, ^this actually makes sense.
