    I run/walk a couple miles along my bike path a couple times a week and on the weekends, I usually go to the gym and use the treadmill for an hour or so. Once in a while, I'll go swim a couple laps.

    Sunday: Stronglifts 5x5, 30 min elliptical
    Monday: C25K + 30 min walk (Total 60 min)
    Tuesday: Stronglifts 5x5, 30 min elliptical
    Wednesday: Rest
    Thursday: C25K + 30 min walk (Total 60 min)
    Friday: Stronglifts 5x5, 30 min elliptical
    Saturday: C25K + 30 min walk (Total 60 min)

    This is my schedule through March 24, it'll change then.

    C25K -- Outside at a park, Stronglifts/Elliptical -- Inside at a gym

    Wednesday - Stronglifts 5x5
    Thursday - Rest
    Friday - Stronglifts 5x5

    wow, when you lay it out like that... it looks like i have a pretty boring schedule, but i love it. Zumba is never the exact same from one time to the next especially when you have different instructors for the most part, and stronglifts rotates between Workout A and Workout B.

    Mine is boring too! But I look forward to every workout, because I can be better, faster, stronger, each time. :)
