What day is your weigh day and why?

Monday morning - a good start to the week (if I dieted/exercised properly), otherwise an incentive to do better this week!0

Monday morning, first thing. When I was young I became obsessed with the scale and would let it define my mood, self esteem and food intake. Now I am trying to make the scale number just one in a stack of health indicators. Previously I did well with once a month, but then got crazy when a month of denial ended with a very large gain. Instead of getting back on track, I went on a years long food bender. I am doing better with reacting sanely no matter what the scale says, and weekly works for me.
Like many others I picked Monday because I wanted a motivator to avoid weekend temptation.0 -
I weigh on Friday so I don't have to stress about the weekend. I always give myself a "free food" day on weigh day.
I lost 45 pounds doing that. I reset my ticker New year's because I have 35 pounds to go and was getting complacent. So far, I'm down 3.6. :-)0
