    I was trying to do one of those fasts/cleanse type of things. The parameters were to to stay off of MFP except to log my food. I heard this would jump-start my mental health. Well, last night I failed horribly. I binged. I must have posted like 100 times. I feel horrible about it today. What should I do? I don't know how I can stick to this MFP fast.


    i would say forget about that fast. Looks like you were doing just fine without it. The support here must have been a positive thing for you :)
