    I have just started also, I'm on my 4th day. It has definitely become easier since day 1 (I was actually scared to do it the 2nd day!). I can't wait to see results!!

    Hi!! Its critical you do Level 1 for 10 days in a row, then Level 2 for 10 days then Level 3. Let me know how you get on!!

    I JUST started it this morning! I've had the DVD for a while and the time I did it, felt like I was falling apart! However, I've been doing other exercises and because I couldn't get out for a jog today due to the frost/ice (also doing C25K) ended up doing 30 Day Shred and can tell a massive improvement on my fitness/endurance. Still hard work but I could push through a lot easier.

    Unfortunately, there's no way I'm going to be able to do it every single day due to my work shifts but am happy to do it whenever I can.
