What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stayed within my calories and went for a 4 mile walk
What would I have done differently? Nothing
What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories, drink water, and go for a walk.

All - Thanks so much for your support. I had an amazing week last week. I worked out 7 days and didn't go over my calories once. I increased my time on the Elliptical to 60 minutes (I did that 5 days) and went for a 4 mile walk last Sunday. The scale is moving!!!!! I am at the lowest weight since the mid 90's. Hopefully the warmer weather (and sun) will motivate me more!!!!!!

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went to the Y for 95 minutes, even though I was exhausted ... AND took a mile walk to meet some friends for lunch later in the afternoon.
What would I have done differently? Could have made a better choice for dinner than a stuffed baked potato - when I wasn't even hungry yet.

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No. Not a good start I guess. I got some tea from a cafe that I thought was unsweetened. I shouldn't have drank it, but I paid for it so I did. And could have made better snack choices.
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Kind of. I didn't have any sweets except that tea that was sweetened but usually when I go to that cafe/coffee shop I get a pastry or cookie and this time I passed!
