    OK, I will do some. I hurt myself doing all the leg workouts from last week, hard to walk, or sit. arms feel ok, but I want to avoid this problem with my arms, so i might just do half!

    Just did another 100 arms at side 50 front 50 back. I think I will try and so some more before the day is over. Great mini challenge.

    I'm in! How can I log them in? I'm not finding them in the data base at all.........

    I clicked "Create a new exercise" under Strength and created an exercise "Arm Circles." Even though MFP doesn't give you activity calories for logging strength exercises, I still like to log it all so that I can see progress I've made. It's fun to look back at see how much stronger you've gotten (doing longer sets or using heavier weight, etc).
