UPDATE: Mine turned out to be 15 second planks.. but I learned something while doing them this first time. I learned I do not like planks. My butt's so big, it hurts my back! Improvement with time!0 -

I got 3 done so far. HOLY BUCKETS BATMAN are they hard. I am so impressed with myself for holding them for a whole minute each. I never thought I could make it. My 13 year old son (who is already gaining a 6 pack) did them with me and he was talking crap. He kept saying "seriously mom...this is so easy, why are you shaking" and I think that was what got me through them. Now I am off to do the last 2.0
