    I’m curious why when you put in your calories burned with cardio it adds it on as additional calories you can eat. I thought the whole point of working out was burning more than your taking in which would help to lose weight?? I’m confused.

    lost 25 pounds in 3 months I'm stoked. I am on the homestretch now. the photo is of a lady who is at my goal weight. I use it as visual to see myself at 130 pounds. standing strong!
