    Panties are for women only, although it normally refers to lingerie or French underwear. Knickers is more commonly used for lady garments!

    For men:

    Undercrackers
    Kecks
    Cacks
    Undies
    Grundies
    Boxers
    Skivvies
    Manties (women's panties, on normally a guy with large amounts of stray pubes sadly)
    Tightie whities
    and Budgie Smugglers. Not a good look even if you have a Wang like a baby's arm holding an apple!
