    No! somethings are mixtures (no chemical bonds) - for example: Salad Dress (Oil and Vinegar) is a mixture. The component parts may be chemically bonded substances - Vinegar is acetic acid and has chemical bonds to it, but when combined in salad dressing, the salad dressing components are not chemically bonded together. Salad is another example.
