    well I got my first at 18....

    ....but my mother got her first at 45...she said it was because she wanted to be the cool mom(which she is), but we all know if was part of her midlife crisis....lol....she is almost 68 and her tattoos still look awesome.

    Wrong, when I had one done for charity a couple years ago there was an 85 year old woman getting her first one and when asked WHY? she said "The money goes to a good cause and if I really hate it who cares I am gonna die in 10 years anyways"
