Chocolate covered *insert fruit here* smoothie: 100 grams greens (spinach, kale, etc), frozen fruit (150 grams blueberries, 100 grams frozen strawberries or cherries), half of a square of unsweetened baking chocolate, stevia, 1 tablespoon Torani Dark Chocolate sauce, water and ice to get the texture you like. This all works out to about 223 calories with the blueberries so it's not bad calorie wise and is actually good for you.
