HELP PLEASE! HOW DO I LOG THIS
This morning i went for a run and didn't realize how warm it was going to be. I overdressed and got too warm and sweaty. Some of the sweat got in my mouth and i accidentally swallowed it.
Can i log the sweat as water? Or does the sodium in sweat make me dehydrated and cause me to need more water?
Also, can anyone help with running tracker? I use My Tracks and for some reason it logs the run times but never the distance. Why won't my gps tracker work with my treadmill?

I would rather know if you can log licking someone else's sweat. I mean...it's your own and so I don't think it counts because you are just recycling it.0

If you drink coffee in the morning, then the sweat counts as coffee not water.0

Sweat is a reverse negative calorie food. It takes more calories to produce it than you get from it. So no worries0

I imagine it'd be similar to logging any situation where you have to drink your own pee. So, I'd just copy that.0

Your only hope is to stock up on Raspberry Ketones and Diet Coke.
Now one key note...the Diet Coke will cleanse your system, but only...and this is CRUCIAL...only if you swig about a cup of it after you put three mentos in your mouth.
Be sure to keep your lips closed tight!

as far as the GPS tracker since it looks like you are not really moving and walking in one place that's probably why it isnt registering distance because you are on a treadmill...just an assumption but it would make sense to me
Thank you. That sort of makes sense, but if that's true, how come the gps on the treadmill is able to track distance? I really want to be able to use my own talking device because I've heard that machine distances are not very accurate.0 -

I've been told that sweat and pain is just weakness leaving the body, so what you actually consumed was weakness. You'd better double up your brotein intake, just to be safe. and remember, raw egg whites count as water, so use those instead of water when making your brotein shake.0
