Everything you do, whether it's sleeping, eating/drinking or sitting and watching TV burns calories to some extent.... but no I don't calculate it in. Insignificant as the ones I mentioned above. I'd say just log your main exercise you do e.g. running. All else is minutia.
Why did you want to know? You want to add that into your exercise log? Haha :P0 -
I don't.
Even when you're intimate with me?? I thought that was our "special" time.0 -

Sometimes I do, but only if it happens multiple times in a day. :P Even if you get your heart rate up (and you don't always), you're not 'active' long enough to really achieve a worthwhile burn. It'd be like doing 20 jumping jacks-- good for you, but more of a warm-up than anything. If you do log it, do it for walking, and don't eat back the calories it says you burned because it's probably an exaggeration of the truth. But it can't hurt to log it just to do so, I suppose.0

Lol nah, I just don't do most of the hard work-- no pun intended :P and besides, who honestly gets it on for more than 15-20 minutes at a time anyway? People talk about "all-nighters" but you take breaks in between, during which your heart rate falls to resting again. And how much of that time is vigorous movement? Hence the jumping jacks analogy.0 -
