intimacy count as excerise

I have already included intimacy in my daily activity level, so I only count *kitten* because it is extra exercise.0

I wore my BMF this morning. I burned 28 whole calories in 10minutes (it was 3am quicky).0
-
Why in the heck would you want to count your 5 minute workout?0
-
I see people logging "leisurely strolls"...so why not sex? I definately burn more in bed than I do walking around on my lunch break0
-
I always log the long walk to the ATM, then the long walk to the ER for antibiotics.
Ha!
But srsly, nice burn.0 -

Crap, posted in wrong thread..ugh..continue on.0

It'd be like doing 20 jumping jacks
Uh, you're doing it wrong.
Lol nah, I just don't do most of the hard work-- no pun intended :P and besides, who honestly gets it on for more than 15-20 minutes at a time anyway? People talk about "all-nighters" but you take breaks in between, during which your heart rate falls to resting again. And how much of that time is vigorous movement? Hence the jumping jacks analogy.
You really ARE doing it wrong is seems. (Plus you're missing out apparently)0 -
It depends on whose rping the top that night. Top logs, bottom doesn't.0
-
Do whatever you want. I log it under "wrestling"0
-
Hmm. If some people log it under wrestling I wonder if some people log HIIT really for High Intensity Interval Typing LOL.0
-
This is what my Wife keeps telling me..
... maybe i should start logging it in.. :laugh:0 -
I wore my HRM once....and stayed on top the whole time so I could see....
Then I looked at my HRM and said out loud "that's it?"
My bf has yet to forgive me for that...haha..even though I meant it for the lack of calories burned and not him...0 -
If you have to chase them down first, you should log that part.
Sometimes the struggle with a chloroform soaked rag over their face is a full blown workout!
LMFAO! Some of the Comments in here are Pure Gold! :laugh:0 -

log it as "golf"
Ditto.
That is to funny!!!! My boyfriend is a pro golfer. So when I log golf it's actually golf lol0 -
Seriously... Do I count breathing too? What about taking a ****? :noway:0
-
I most certainly don't count it! It is a reward for busting my *kitten* in the gym! Did I read somewhere, 30 mins? Really? 30 minutes, why even bother!0
-
-
If you just get on your back it does not, but if you are really going the extra mile it could be a workout. I wouldn't really count it as a workout though.0

not gonna lie....just a tad jealous0 -
If I'm on top and doing all the work I count it.0

i do! 30min is at least 85cal
85 cals .. gee it's not worth getting dirty for!
I mean ... 10 mins is worth 28cals ... I get double that playing with the dog for 10 mins!
Now if you want to burn off a chocolate bar watch a scary movie http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/9638876/Watching-horror-films-burns-nearly-200-calories-a-time.html0 -
OMG TOTALLY!! HOW DO U THINK MY RIGHT FOREARM GOT SO BIG? OMG TRACK IT!
If this was facebook I'd have to "like'" this one0 -
I think it'd be funny if you logged it as archery. =P0
-
This site http://www.mydr.com.au/tools/calories-burned-calculator tells me that 30 mins VIGOUROUS activity burns 63 cals.
Watching TV for 30 mins burns 42 cals ..... hmmm .. don't think those 40cals per hour are worth it LOL0 -
When you see people logging "house cleaning", that is code for sex!0
-
I burn a ton of calories just ****ing myself.. with a partner it's insane.. You people are doing it wrong :-)
Ummm ... think there's a special forum for THAT kinda intimate activity0 -
Don't see why not, just don't include cuddle time and listening to them talk about feelings. That shiz goes ooonnnnnnnnnnn.
"Did you just fall asleep"
"No, of course not"
"What did I just say then?"
"Erm..... that's not important, you look really pretty."0
