Currently I am doing squats, deadlifts, barbell rows, bench press, overhead press and pull ups without any gloves. I feel like I have more control without them.0

I wear Pink Fingerless gloves, put them on as soon as I get to gym and wear them for lifting, classes,
and even spinning class! Its part of my get-up!!0 -
I use some cheap fingerless gloves when I dead lift. My hands are pretty tough normally but something about heavy DL's hurt my hands under my calluses and the gloves eliminate that.0

I am allergic to metal (weird, I know) so I definitely wear gloves to lift. The gloves I use come down to my knuckles and the grip side of the glove is leather while the back side of the glove is breathable material. They work great, but it was hard to find something that fit. I have freakishly small hands!0
