    5 foot 5. I am 11 stone 2 (156 lbs). My goal weight is 148 lbs at the moment (that should get me down to 20 % bodyfat) I eat between 1800 and 2000 cals per day. I lift heavy 3 times per week and cycle everywhere. I also run when I can and am training for a triathlon in the summer. My bodyfat % is more important to me than the scale number.

    I am 38 years old.

    I lost my weight at about 1350-1600 plus exercise calories, or a total of 1700-2000+. About 6 months ago or so, I switched to eating based on my estimated TDEE instead of bouncing between high days when I exercise and low days when I rest. I'm much happier that way. Exercise is typically running 3x a week and lifting weights 2-3x a week. Sometimes I switch that around and lift more than I run, depending on how cooperative the weather is. If the weather's nice, I'd rather go outside and run while I can. This week, it's going to be colder than I like, so I'll probably do more weights.

    weight is 204, 5'6" 52 years old and as per my nutritionist/dietician 1400 calories daily with 5 fifty minute cardio intrval workouts per week.

    5'6", 30 years old, started around 210 (oh my god....) and currently around 165.

    I wear a size 8 in pants/skirts - I am heavy but not that fat. I am currently experimenting with 2100 to lose slowly. I maintain on around 2400, roughly.

    I just strength train 3-4x a week (barbell compounds) and that's kinda it. But I do walk a lot more than some people since I usually walk to lunch and coffee and stuff, but have a desk job otherwise.

    I have also maintained on 1850 - feeling generally tired and having crappy exercise sessions. I recommend people try eating more before they assume they need less

    Maintaining at 1590 but will increase that soon as I just entered my second trimester in pregnancy. To loose weight I always ate at 1200.
    Are you sure? I hope to you're talking about netting and that you're joking. Please see a doctor. I was slimmer then this and maintained on more.

    About 1200 - 1300 calories/day. I exercise about 6 days a week, but not intensely. I am 53 years old, so I do not burn calories nearly as quickly as when I was young. Increasing my cardio exercise and also doing weights to increase my muscle mass should help me to lose weight more quickly than I am now.

    I usually eat 1400-1600 calories a day.

    As I understand you take your current weight x 7 = calories you should eat and still lose weight.

    I burn apx 1,000 calories a week in working out (usually 20-40 min a day m-f)

    5'6 132, up to 2600 a day.. I walk at work for about 90mins a day run up stairs for about 40 mins a day and do a combat dvd 6 days a week (usually before work)... 32 now 33yrs old on Monday :bigsmile:

    To maintain 120 I net 1700 (ate back exercise calories). I was trying to gain and now I'm in the eat whenever I want it'll eventually come off I'm not afraid of a number anymore phase.

    Been at around the same weight for over a year. Kind of just chilling with it.

    I burn around 500 cals through exercise. I'm allotted 1540 by MFP. I typically eat anywhere between 1800 to 2000. I have a cheat meal once per week and definitely go over cals, but just that day.

    I'm 42, 5'5", and currently weight 117 lbs. My goal weight was 120 lbs, but I'm still trying to figure out maintenance. I think I'm stabilizing at this point. I typically eat ~1600-1900 calories per day depending on whether I exercise (I usually exercise 4-5 days per week).

    I have my goal set to 1800 right now. On hard workout days I'll try to get at least 2000 so I don't net anything lower than my BMR (1480 ish) but sometimes with my work schedule it just doesn't happen. I just started P90X this past week though so I'll probably be upping my calories soon and trying to get more protein. Lost about 40 lbs since Jan 2012.
