Do not attack, mock, or otherwise insult any one that belongs to or comments on this thread. If you disagree with this subject and thread then please be respectful and do not leave a message of any kind on our topic. If you are disrespectful at all on this thread, I will report you. I am starting this thread as a safe place for other people who want to be on this diet and lifestyle. We have educated ourselves and as adults have decided to do this diet. We want a safe place to talk and ask questions. We want a safe place to discuss the diet we choose and look for encouragement.

That said, this is how I diet
- Eat a variety of foods to meet or exceed my nutritional goals
- Count calories and stay within (roughly) +/ 500 of my TDEE
- Exercise regularly, with purpose

That sounds like a stupid, common sense approach to losing weight and keeping it off. What are you thinking? You need a fad of some sort.

As for me, I'm just starting by eating less than I used to (as in, not both servings of a large mac & cheese dinner), and then I will try to develop a tolerance for more vegetables.

If you can get your McMuffin's into your macro's then you're 'rockin'

Personally though, trying to push your DIET onto other unsuspecting people who only want to eat 1000 calories a day is being irresponsible.

What if, God forbid, they actually try it out for themselves, then where would we be...the forums would close....

You should eliminate gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, corn & sugar and artificial sweeteners. Just those 7 things and it would be perfect.

Given that this diet is solid, well reasoned and actually works, I would suggest that this thread be deleted.

Don't forget to buy overpriced shakes, or supplements.
