    No. we are all fat because our SO or some meany family member force fed us. Not only that..food is really diabolical. When we sleep, it gets up and crawls down your throat and sets up house in your tummy.

    Reported because you're doing it wrong. It's common knowledge that you MUST eat zero calorie foods and do endless hours of cardio with 2lb. pink dumbbells so you don't get all bulky! :mad:

    Because the brain totally counts as a muscle! You should like, log that or something. I demand that MFP include a "using your imagination" option in their exercise database!

    I love corn. My body doesn't really seem to digest it, but it makes me poop. Everyone needs to poop.

I am starting this thread as a safe place for other people who want to be on this diet and lifestyle. We have educated ourselves and as adults have decided to do this diet. We want a safe place to talk and ask questions. We want a safe place to discuss the diet we choose and look for encouragement.

    That said, this is how I diet
    - Eat a variety of foods to meet or exceed my nutritional goals
    - Count calories and stay within (roughly) +/ 500 of my TDEE
    - Exercise regularly, with purpose

    I am positive that your diet is lacking in sufficient quantities of wine.
