Use ebay and a sniping tool. I go through everything I want every few days then try and snipe it automatically for as low as possible in the last few seconds.0

I know in Tacoma we have a Goodwill outlet (not sure if thats exactly what they call it) its where all the clothes that havent been sold over X amount of time get sent to to be sold. The only problem with this is they are put in HUGE bins and you have to go digging. You pay PER pound (think its like $1-$2) but I have had great luck finding things in smaller sizes and just saving them until I lose enough weight. Last time I went there I found a nike pull over with the original store tags still on them! Nice to find a new $65 jacket and pay $1.75 for it !
I think they also have one in the Seattle area but dont hold me to that. I would suggest if you wanted to go to wear gloves and have some time on your hands !0
