no doubt. people are d bags. i agree with you for the most part and have people ask me the same thing to get the same sad face when i tell them i dont eat crap food. (im no saint but i make food choices that are sooo much better than they were a few years ago.) i care about what i eat and how i treat my body. and i move it move it. people would rather take a magic pill than do a little work for bettering themselves every day. my gf has crohns too. its not fun.0

I wish I had a nickel for evrytime someone asked how I've lost weight (over 30 lbs) and gave me a totally disappointed look when I said "eat right and exercise". You didn't get heavy overnight, you won't get to your goal weight overnight! There is no such thing as a quick fix!
Eat healthy, unprocessed foods (if it comes in a wrapper, it's probably not that good for you), pay attention to portions, log your food, plan/prepare your meals in advance & don't make excuses when it comes to exercise. A true lifestyle change is the only way to get healthy and stay that way.

You are a bad role model for not eating processed foods as your diary is chock full of them, your entire breakfast everything is processed except possibly the strawberries
its not practical to eat unprocessed foods all of the time-i eat foods that are minimally processed with no wacky ingredients
PB2 is most certainly minimally processed as are all the reduced fat products you use, practice what you preach
PB2 is ridiculous. Eat all natural, no salt added PB. Ingredient: peanuts. The fats won't kill you, I promise. I'm at 18% BF and I eat some everyday...0 -
Sounds like a fad diet to me. And probably spam. Reported.0
