I really liked elk.. and I love venison..
I love fish but not where i live now (but i'm making a huge effort to eat more of it, I don't like frozen fish. .i'm used to eating fish that was swimming that morning)
and chicken and pork and bacon and goose and buffalo and turkey..
Ok.. I'm a meatasaurus LOL0 -
Chicken. Yay bird...
I HATE any visible fat on meats, so many meats just plain won't do for me. Not anything to do with health, I just don't like the taste, texture, or anything about chewing on a piece of fat he he.0 -

I love game meats...........deer, bison, elk, rabbit, squirrel, pheasant, wild turkey, etc....
Next best thing to eat is nearly raw liver from grass fed cows or a nice, thick ribeye steak from those same grass fed cows.0 -
I love chicken. It's so versatile and it tastes great with herbs and garlic0

Slow-smoked bbq pork shoulder and/or beef brisket (aka pulled pork / pulled beef) are right at the top of the list for me, along with bacon. Running a close second is raw fish (as in sushi/sashimi). I love venison, but I don't hunt and it's hard to get ahold of around here otherwise. Overall, I'd rank them kind of like this in order of favorites:
Beef (any/every kind including organ meats and offal - liver, tongue, etc.)
Pork
Fish (raw)
Chicken
Fish (cooked) - includes canned tuna
Turkey
...followed by the occasional rare indulgences (lamb, duck, venison, elk, etc.)0 -
Other than reindeer sausage, which I've only had in Alaska, I love love love me some pork...esp. ham.0
-
I love chicken and then comes some types of fish, but I am not a huge meat fan. I just know I usually have to have it to feel more full.0

Steak!0

I love duck breast, it has such rich flavour and it surprisingly low fat (if you don't eat the skin, of course)..
I'm just a meat lover in general, though not a huge fan of pork.. I HATE the smell of roasting pork, but I can't say no ribs..0 -
I have been called a meatatarian...or attempting to prove that it's possible to leave on almost solely meat.
I'll go with turkey as it is pretty versatile, or chicken if I am feeling cheap. If not, gimme veal and let me watch the kids and eco-nuts cry.0
