    Going to give this a try and I will have to check out the brownie batter one as well. I love Chocolate Covered Katie and have tried some of her other recipes before.

    bump. my only problem is getting my hands on chickpeas. I'm a college student and have no money lol. :P

    Luckily, a can of chickpeas is pretty cheap at a regular grocery store! :-D Especially since you can just get generic.

    Dried chickpeas are even cheaper from the bulk bins. You just soak them overnight in water and they're ready to go.

    I posted a recipe super similar to this on here a while back and people freaked out cause I didn't call it "dessert hummus" -- so good job by not making my same mistake ;)

    Haha anyway, this is delicious! I'm fasting from sweeteners right now, but I'll definitely be making some of this when my fast is over :D

    ha! glad I didn't make that mistake as well! I almost didn't add it, but I didn't want people to be...confused. That seems to happen easily on occasion.
